Mici or mititeii are a typical Romanian specialty and cannot be missed from any barbecue. As it is known, in this mixture of pork, beef and sheep there is no lack of garlic that gives it a well-known aroma.
Depending on your tastes, you can find in our virtual store different small variants.
The meat rolls can be processed one by one from the package. The rest of the remaining ones can be frozen again, with the mention not to exceed the validity term. The chosen amount is left to thaw and can be cooked on the grill or in a pan.
Ingredients: pork 33%, beef 25%, mutton 25%, water, salt, garlic, spices, herbs, sunflower oil, stabilizer: baking soda.
