Mici or mititei – in a classic mix – are a typical Romanian specialty and cannot be missed from any barbecue. As it is known, in this mixture of pork and beef, you can not miss the garlic that gives it the well-known flavor.
Depending on your tastes, you can find in our virtual store different small variants.
The meat rolls can be processed one by one from the package. The rest of the remaining ones can be frozen again, with the mention not to exceed the validity term. The chosen amount is left to thaw and can be cooked on the grill or in a pan.
Ingredients: 41% beef, 41% pork, water, salt, garlic, spices, herbs, sunflower oil, stabilizer: baking soda.
Prepare immediately after thawing. Do not refreeze. Consume only well cooked food.
