Mici or Mititei is a local specialty from Romania and should not be missing at any barbecue party. When the small sausages are on the grill, a wonderful smell spreads quickly. The family recipe that we still use today has been handed down through the generations.
The chopping rolls can be taken individually from the freezer pack. You can freeze the rest immediately and use it up by the expiration date. Please let the removed rolls defrost, then they are both grilled and fried a specialty.
Ingredients: beef 41%, pork 41%, drinking water, garlic 2%, table salt, spices, herbs, sunflower oil, stabilizer: sodium hydrocarbonate
Use immediately after thawing and do not freeze again. Consume only cooked through.
