DRY GARLIC SAUSAGE, LIGHTLY SMOKED, ACCORDING TO A TRANSYLVANIAN RECIPE
Ingredients: pork, salt (preservative: sodium nitrate), garlic (1%), spices, dextrose, stabilizers (ascorbic acid), pork intestines, smoke.
Product Information: Since the sausage is naturally dry, there is a thin layer of noble mold on the surface. If several days will pass before you consume it, we recommend that you store it in a room where the temperature is between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius. It may take a while for the noble mold layer to become more consistent. No worries! Pass the sausage under cold water and brush the layer of noble mushrooms. Then hang it up to dry.
Store in the refrigerator and after opening, consume within a few days.
