Borsch magic with vegetables – Condiment used for soups / Ciorba.
This condiment is very popular, especially among Moldovans. It is used to make the soup more pungent, depending on the taste of the ciorbas (soups) prepared in this region of Romania. This condiment is one of the most sold in the country. The magic vegetable bors contains vegetables incorporated in its recipe to give more flavor to your soup.
Ingredients: salt, acidifier (citric acid, acid, lactic acid), sugar, corn starch, wheat bark, acidity regulator (calcium lactate), vegetables (4%) (in variable proportions: carrots, parsnips, roots of mountain celery, leek), celery seeds, palm vegetable fat, parsley, corn flour (0.1%), color (riboflavin).
May contain traces of milk, egg, mustard, soy.
Use: 1 tablespoon of condiment for about 1 liter of ciorba, integrated towards the end of the preparation.
