Description
Brioche, traditionally eaten for Easter, filled with cocoa cream and nuts.
Ingredients: white wheat flour, water, sugar, non-hydrogenated vegetable fats. Topping: nuts 28% (sugar, nut kernel 24%, egg white, breadcrumbs, water, orange zest, cocoa, flavors, ethyl alcohol, potassium sorbate), egg yolk, invert sugar syrup ( glucose fructose), defatted milk powder, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soya lecithin, yeast, iodized salt, flavors.
