Brioche with cocoa cream, traditionally eaten for Easter, filled with cocoa cream and nuts.
Ingredients: 30% cocoa cream (sugar syrup, breadcrumbs, egg white, 7% cocoa, sugar, water, alcohol, flavoring), white wheat flour, natural yeast (white wheat flour and water), vegetable oils (palm, sunflower, rapeseed), sugar, egg yolk, water, butter, sugar syrup, powdered milk, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids and soya lecithin, yeast, iodized salt, flavors.
