Description
Topoloveni magiun is a concentrated viscous paste of plums or apples, easily spreadable, which can be eaten as is (on cookies, bread or in combination with yogurt, cereal flakes, ice cream), either as a dessert in pastries (cone, donuts, pancakes, etc.).
To completely preserve the nutritional qualities of fresh apples, the Magiun de Pommes Topoloveni is prepared in double-walled cauldrons, under a controlled temperature of 68 degrees Celsius maximum, for 12-14 hours, so that all the water evaporates.
Thanks to this method, the Magiun de Pommes Topoloveni does not need preservatives.
