Carp and onion caviar salad
Caviar salad, also known as beaten caviar, is an old way of preparing eggs originating from freshwater fish, applied even today, in different ways, in many European countries.
Babies have a high content of vitamin A, folic acid, potassium and especially phosphorus essential for a healthy diet.
Ingredients: vegetable oil, water, carp caviar (6%), fish caviar (5%) onion, salt, gelatinizing agents: xanthan gum, guar gum, preservatives: sorbic acid, sodium benzoate, acidifier: citric acid (salt of lemon).
