Vegetable tartinade called “Zacusca” with eggplant
This vegetable spread we have selected is a classic product, made with care. It is made from grilled vegetables and then cooked together. Its taste is enhanced by the addition of carrots to the traditional recipe. It is guaranteed without preservatives, colours or artificial flavours.
Zacusca can be eaten simply with a spoon, or for more pleasure on a slice of fresh bread.

Composition: eggplant 60%, grilled paprika 18%, fresh tomatoes, 13%, onion, sunflower vegetable oil, salt, natural condiments.
Preservation: in a cool, dry place, free from frost, and at a temperature of less than 20oC. Sterilized product. Keep cool after opening for consumption within 24 hours. To be consumed before the date on the package.
