Traditional Transylvanian vegetable spread, produced according to a local recipe with Chanterellle mushrooms (editor’s note “Galbiori”).

What is Zacusca?
Ingredients: Cooked eggplants 30%, Grilled Capia eggplants, peppers, onion, tomato, chanterelle mushroom (10%), sunflower oil, tomato puree, sugar, salt, pepper.
Net quantity: 370 gr.
Pasteurized product. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature between + 4 ° C and + 25 ° C.
