Food grade coloring, used for coloring Easter eggs at the time of the Orthodox holiday.
Instructions for use: In a large container, pour 700ml of boiling water. Open the sachet of liquid dye with a scissor, and add it to the container. Add 5 tablespoons of vinegar at 9 ° (if your vinegar is less concentrated than 9 °, add more).
Mix well, then immerse the still hot hard-boiled eggs for 2 to 4 minutes to obtain the desired shade.
Using a spoon, take out the eggs and let them dry on a paper tissue.
