Traditionally used in Romania for “ciorba”, the Transylvanian soup with smoked meat.
Smoked product, packaged in a protective atmosphere.
Ingredients: smoked pork tails of EU origin, salt, preservatives (sodium nitrite), coloring (annato). May contain traces of soy, milk (including lactose), mustard, celery, egg, cereals containing gluten.
Store at a temperature between + 2 ° C and 10 ° C.
