Addictive brewing is a producer of Oradea that brings us a modern American-style artisanal beer. Aggressively hopped with 3 types of American hops, easy to drink, with a constant bitterness, but fine and persistent. It is not meant to be drunk in a particular season, but to transport you in thought on a walk through a deciduous forest after the rain.
Powerful aroma of grapefruit, herbaceous. Taste: grapefruit, lime, honey. Aftertaste: solid, constant but fine bitterness. Medium body with a silky texture. Serving temperature 6-7%.
Food pairing suggestions: heavy and spicy foods, beef, mutton. Gorgonzola, Cambozola. Dessert: apple and caramel pie, gingerbread cookies.
