Produced in the village of Altîna, away from traffic and crops, on a hill in southern Transylvania, Augustin Tatu strives to produce, with the help of his bees, organic honey of the best quality possible.
Part of the production is used to collect high quality organic pollen, in balls, rich in vitamins and amino acids.
