Natural apricot vinegar
The freshly harvested apricots are cold pressed to make juice. The fruit juice is fermented for 14 days in oak acetates to make this natural Apricot Vinegar. It is one of the few remaining vinegar factories that produce vinegar with 100% natural fermentation. A raw, unpasteurized fruit vinegar.
We love it with fresh lemon, lavender, and walnut oil for a mouth-licking vinaigrette. Perfect served with a roast chicken salad. Swap lavender for oregano if you’re not a fan of flowers.
