To completely preserve the nutritional qualities of fresh plums, the magic of Topoloveni plums is prepared in double-walled pots, under a controlled maximum temperature of 68 degrees Celsius, for 12-14 hours, until all water evaporates. Thanks to this method, the ”magiun” of Topoloveni does not need preservatives.
