Method of preparation: Infusion. Pour a cup of boiled water over 1\/2 teaspoon of the product, cover 10-15 minutes, then strain and consume at room temperature, unsweetened.<\/p>\n
Method of administration: 1 cup to drink per day.<\/p>\n
