As a reminder, the magiun is a jam without added sugar, where the fruits are cooked slowly, to give them in the end a taste and a consistency close to a mashed prunes. moreover, this recipe is proposed with Magiun of the Raureni brand, but can also be made with Magiun of other brands, according to your taste! 😉

For this recipe you need the following ingredients:

1 jar with Râureni Plum Magiun
juice of 1 orange
1 teaspoon cinnamon


For the dough:

250 g flour
150 g butter
80 g sugar
50 g walnut kernels

Preparation

Put the oven to preheat to 180°C.

Put in a pie dish, with the bottom a little deep, the magiun, the juice of an orange and the cinnamon. Leave the tray aside and move on to preparing the dough.

In a large bowl, put all the ingredients for the dough: flour, butter, sugar and walnut kernels. Mix well until the dough has a sandy appearance.

Now pour the batter over the mixture in the dish, until you cover the entire surface.

Put the dish in the oven and leave it for about 30 to 40 minutes, until the crust takes on a nice copper color.
